On Wednesday, 29 July, Panthera Group hosted its Annual Staff Party 2026 at Levels on Sukhumvit Soi 11, under this year's theme: "𝗖𝗼𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗺𝗲𝘀 & 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀."
The evening brought together more than 𝟲𝟱𝟬 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀 from headquarters and venues across Greater Bangkok for a night of celebration, appreciation and shared Panthera spirit.
Everyone went all out, bringing their favourite film icons, animated characters, heroes, villains and cartoon classics to life. From the moment the doors opened, Levels was filled with unforgettable costumes, laughter and excitement — making this one of our most vibrant staff celebrations to date.

The evening featured a thrilling lucky draw, with 𝟵𝟲 𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀 of staff taking home cash prizes:
Our team pulled out all the stops, bringing some of the most imaginative and memorable character looks to the dance floor:
Beyond the top three, a further 25 or so members of staff were awarded special cash prizes for their brilliant costumes.
Guests enjoyed a lavish international buffet from 𝗦𝗰𝗿𝘂𝗳𝗳𝘆 𝗠𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗵𝘆'𝘀 and 𝗥𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗻𝗼'𝘀 𝗜𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗖𝘂𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲, alongside an abundant Thai buffet catered by 𝗔𝗹𝗼𝗳𝘁 𝗕𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗸𝗼𝗸 𝗦𝘂𝗸𝗵𝘂𝗺𝘃𝗶𝘁 𝟭𝟭. Free-flow premium beverages, including beer, wine and spirits, were served throughout the evening courtesy of 𝗕𝗼𝗼𝘇𝗶𝗮 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗯𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, while 𝗟𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝘀' resident DJs and MCs kept the energy high with a non-stop line-up of music that carried the celebration through the night.

An event of this scale does not just happen. A heartfelt thank you to our HR team, led by HR Director 𝗡𝘂𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗿𝘂𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶 𝗞𝗿𝗮𝗺𝘀𝗿𝗶, for working tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure the entire evening ran smoothly from start to finish.
Beyond the prizes, costumes and celebration, the evening was ultimately about bringing our people together.
