Panthera Group is happy to announce it has recently acquired popular Bangkok chain Birds Rotisserie.
Birds Rotisserie, as many people already know has become a hip go-to venue for foreigners and young Thais wanting to sample their now legendary rotisserie grilled chicken.
When asked, Chef Jeremy Tourret claims that the secret to their success is locally sourced free-range chicken and of course French expertise when it comes to their unique rotisserie cooking.
The restaurant picked up a prestigious Thailand Tatler best restaurant award in 2018 for exceptional cuisine and service and BK Magazine has given it a coveted four stars.
There are currently two locations in Bangkok, Soi Amon and the Commons on Thonglor Soi 17.
