Usually, people don’t go clubbing with their family, but we do here at Panthera Group! On the 23rd of February, the Panthers of the corporate jungle traded their workstations for the dance floor for the anticipated annual staff party. This year’s theme: “Dress in Black with a Hat.”
Echoing last year’s venue choice, our Levels Nightclub on Sukhumvit Soi 11 allowed staff to revel in the fruits of their labour and experience firsthand the direct impacts of their contributions to Bangkok’s nightlife excellence. The celebration boasted an endlessly flowing open bar, where Panthers had the delightful opportunity to see Shaq Raj Shrestha, the CEO of Boozia Distribution—our esteemed alcohol supply company—personally mix their chosen beverages!
The feast, catered by Aloft and our very own Scruffy Murphy’s Irish Pub, was unveiled as an extensive open buffet, brimming with international flavours. Crafted to reflect our diverse multicultural workforce, the buffet invited us on a culinary globe-trotting adventure from one bite to the next.
It was a night where every Panther, from the night prowlers to the leaders of the pack, united in celebration. With Panthera Group’s contribution of over THB 1.5 million to the prize fund, everyone had a chance to win. From the 7 lucky recipients of THB 30,000, the 31 individuals taking home THB 10,000, and the 60 winners of THB 5,000, to those receiving THB 1,000 simply by exchanging their entry tickets, each Panther left the celebration feeling like a champion. The personal touch of having company directors draw the winners made it all the more special.

A message from Panthera Group co-founder, Paul Hayward: “The most important days of the year are when families come together and at Panthera we are no different. With each party, we try to make it better than the last. We asked the Panthers what they wanted and they said more food and more money. So, this year, we doubled our food budget and gave away a record-breaking amount of prize money. The annual staff party is an opportunity for us all to recharge and bond in one place at one time. It’s an opportunity too good to miss.”
As we look back on another unforgettable staff party, we thank all who attended and appreciate you greatly for bringing unique spirits and contributing to the rich and expanding tapestry of the corporate family. From the connoisseurs of OG Canna Co. and its colourful dispensaries to the culinary teams of our F&B outlets at Craft, Whisgars or Rossano’s Italian Restaurant! It was a delight to see our drink servers on the other side of the bar, enjoying the very beverages they serve to others.
Our gratitude goes to the head office team, whose efforts behind the scenes form the bedrock of our operations. A particular nod to our HR team, whose commitment in the lead-up to the party—staying late to plan and prepare—was instrumental in turning our vision into a reality. And to the indispensable support staff across all our outlets, your attention and care create the safe and welcoming spaces that let us work and celebrate with peace of mind. It was a pleasure partying with you all and we look forward to next year’s celebration!
